Here's a screenshot of some ClickBank ads from my blog's sidebar, and another with Amazon ads that's displayed inside my blog's content. The code to display the first ads looks like this (as you can see, it's pretty self-explanatory):

If you want more variety in your ads, you can randomly alternate between different affiliate programs and/or keywords like this:

It's usually that simple. But if you want to do more complex things, like specifying different keywords for each affiliate program you can do that too:
